Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or worn products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless damaged or defective).

Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to stock availability.
